Menu Description

File Save Custom TAB Info Saves the settings in the Custom tab.

Exit Exits the Parameter Manager.

Edit Find Parameters Searches for parameters containing a user-entered character

string from the currently displayed tab.

UndoModications Returns the Work area for the currently displayed tab to its

original state prior to any changes.

View Show Read Only Parameters When this item is selected, read-only parameters are also

displayed. It is selected by default. When it is unselected, only

writable parameters are displayed. Read-only parameters are

not displayed.

Tool Bar When this item is checked, the Show/Hide option for the tool bar

can be selected. It is selected by default (the tool bar is shown).

Result Area When this item is checked, the Show/Hide option for the

Result area in the lower part of the screen can be selected. It is

selected by default (the Result area is shown).

Status Bar When this item is checked, the Show/Hide of the status bar can

be selected. It is selected by default (the status bar is shown).

Sorting Order -> By Device Values EffectivewhenalehasbeenimportedintheWorkarea.

Displays the parameters in the window in the order they are

denedintheDD.(1)

Action UpdateDeviceValues–CurrentTAB(F2) Reads the parameter values of the currently displayed tab and

updates the Device Values area. The Work area is not updated.

UpdateDeviceValues–AllTAB(F5) Performs the above operation for all the tabs.

UpdateDeviceValuesandAttributes-AllTAB

(F1)

Acquires a list of all parameters of the connected device and

their properties, reads all the parameter values, and updates the

Device Values area of all tabs. The Work area is not updated.

Download Checked Parameters - Current

TAB (F3)

Writes parameters in the currently displayed tab that have a

checkmark added to the download checkbox to the device in the

order that they are displayed in the window, and then reads back

only the parameters that were written and updates the Device

Values area.

When the download is successfully completed, any magenta

parameter-value display area in the Work area is returned to its

original color.

Download Checked Parameters - All TAB (F6) Performs the above operation for all the tabs.

Save/Export Device Values Exports the parameter values (Device Values area) of the actual

devicetoale.

Copy Device Values to Work Area Copies the parameter values (Device Values area) of the

connected device to the Work area.

Load/Import to Work Area Importstheparametervaluesfromaleanddisplaysthemin

the Work area.

Option Change O/S Mode during download ThisitemisonlyenabledforFOUNDATIONeldbusH1.When

this item is selected, the Target Mode is set to O/S prior to

downloading and then switched back to the previous mode after

downloadingnishes.Itisselectedbydefault.

Tool FOUNDATIONeldbusH1BlockSettings ThisitemisonlyenabledforFOUNDATIONeldbusH1.It

enablesyoutoselectwhichfunctionblockofanFOUNDATION

Custom Tab Settings Displays the Custom Tab Settings dialog box.

DD Menu (F7) Starts the DD Menu. (2)
