Precautions for Installation
• IfyouareinstallingAdvanceonaPConwhichBasicisalreadyinstalled,youwillbe
promptedtoconrmwhethertouninstallBasic.RemoveBasicautomaticallyandtheninstall
Advance.
• Installationisnotpossibleinanyofthefollowingcases.Amessagewillappeartonotifyyou
that installation is not possible and then the installer will end.
(1) When attempting to install Basic on a PC on which Advanced is already installed.
In this case, install Basic after uninstalling Advance.
(2) When attempting to install the FieldMate on a PC on which Plant Resource Manager (PRM)
is installed.
(3) WhenattemptingtoinstalltheFieldMateonaPConwhichMassFlowConguration
Software FSA210 is installed.
(4) WhenFieldmateBASICLiteisalreadyinstalled,uninstallFieldmateBASICLiterstbefore
installation.
Uninstall FieldMate
UninstallFieldMatefromProgramsandFeaturesintheControlPanelofWindows.
: WhenuninstallingFieldMate,deviceDTMswillnotbeuninstalled.UninstallDTMsalsofromProgramsandFeaturesinthe
Control Panel of Windows.
