4. GETTING STARTED

4.5 Starting FDT frame application

The following section describes how to run DTM with

FieldMate.

For the detailed information on FieldMate, see its

User’s manual.

IMPORTANT

Before running the program, log-in to Windows

as an Administrator or as a user with administra-

tive authority.

Start FieldMate

Start FieldMate as followings:

Click [Start] → [All Programs] → [YOKOGAWA

FieldMate] → [FieldMate]

Select [(none)] and then click [OK]

Open Network Configurator

In the FieldMate window, click [Tool] → [Network

Configurator]

Add Communication Path

In the Network Configurator window, click [Action] →

[Add communication Path].

Enter a description of the communication path and then

click [OK].

Add COMM DTM

In the Network Configurator window, click [Action] →

[Add COMM DTM] → [OK].
